1. Intro:
In a quiet city somewhere in Midwest United States a pharmaceutical company Umbrella, Inc. has been conducting experiments for the government. Although in August in 1998 there was a deadly accident which let loose the deadly T-Virus on the scientist and workers and anyone around the lab at the time. Evil Resident 1.5 is the third in a trilogy of Evil Resident Games. Along with Evil Resident and Evil Resident 2 this is the most advanced version.

2. Characters:
Edward Niles - Edward Niles has just relocated and is looking for a cabin house somewhere in the Chinacaa woods. He is the hero of the game and he will be used most often.
Maria - Maria is a tall blonde and the daughter of Dr. Xais. She was working for Umbrella and was making a visit to Umbrella's lab right before the accident occurred. Maria is used only for a brief time but comes well equipped with a pistol, shotgun, and gas grenades.
Dr. Xais - Xais is a top scientist for Umbrella and has worked for them over 30 years. He has a great knowledge of the T-Virus and other experiments going on. He is the hero for the mini game and carries a pistol at all time.
Alfred Con - Alfred is a major CEO and lab supervisor for Umbrella Inc and has a suspicious tone about him. His plans are unknown.

3. Weapons:
Pistol - This is the standard weapon that is used automatically. It does fairly well against zombies.
Shotgun - This powerful gun is found in the Dock Office and is used by Maria. It will take down a zombie in 1-2 blasts. However it is not kept for the rest of the game.
Gas Grenades - An exclusive weapon to Maria these powerful chemical grenades will take down a zombie in 1 or rarely 2 hits.
Flamethrower - The key to wining the game, this extremely powerful weapon is found in the records room of the mansion lab.
Electro-Shock Gun - This gadget can shoot out a ball of electricity. It is only used by Dr. Xais and can be found in the Weapons Room

4. Game Guide:
a: Intro - Once you select the New Game button and start in Edward's house move out of the room and out the house. Move to the Car and drive out and to the left. Drive down the road until you reach the other side and automatically park. Get outside and enter the park office. Once inside you will hear a loud crash. Move to the door in the back, yet notice the blood on the door.
In the room, move towards the blinking item and find it's the key to the 2nd cabin. However your first enemy appears. Dodge the zombie because you don't have a weapon the fight it. As you exit to the office you will notice someone has dropped a pistol. Pick it up and leave. Then follow the trail up to the...
b: Woods - This large area is fully wooded with 4 cabins. Move to the right, you will notice the first cabin is impossible to get into so move into cabin 2. Quickly pick up the key on the bed and try not to encounter any zombies. Go outside and get in the small boat to the island with cabin 3 on it. Enter the cabin and head downstairs to the basement. It will be VERY dark in here. Look closely and you should see some think blinking in the back. Head to it and press "Enter" this turns on the light for quite a surprise. Kill the zombies and take the cabin 4 key in the corner. Exit the cabin and travel to the Northwest corner and enter the cabin. Kill the zombie and use the first aid box. {First Aid Boxes are always in red boxes and when used will heal all your wounds. Yet can only be used once} Move to the statue and move it. Then walk to the basement. Flick the light switch and walk down the hallway. Kill the zombies and go to the end of the passage. Once you enter, you'll see that there is a large room with lava in it. Move past the lava and kill the zombies if necessary. Walk across the rail tracks and walk towards the end of the left one. Dodge the zombie and enter the two iron doors.
c: Lab - Once you enter the doors head down the hall and are bitten by the zombie. Kill the zombie and a short cut scene will follow. Edward has been infected and will soon turn into a zombie if Maria doesn’t get the vaccine. With Maria in control, exit the sick bay. You have a shotgun and gas grenades so you don’t have to worry about the zombies. Head down the right into the open door. There is a crumbled piece of paper on the floor with a number on it. Remember the number, and enter the door. The dead body on the ground is holding a key. Take the key and exit back out into the hall. Walk up and to the right. Unlock and enter the door with the blood on it. Kill the two zombies. Enter the door. There will be many zombies in here, but they will only attack if you run into them. Get the RED keycard from the box and head back out into the hall. Walk all the way to the left and enter the main hallway. This is where Edward was first bit. Use the keycard on the door and head pass the zombies a go into the open door. Inside the hallway clear the zombies with the shotgun or gas grenades. Move up the hall and enter the left door. Use the computer and input the number that was on the paper. Once you receive the vaccine head back to Edward. Give Edward the vaccine. Now that you are in control of Edward, go back to where the vaccine was. Except this time enter the door on the right. Walk to the other end of the hallway and enter the room with the large screen. Take the card from the box and use it on the screen. This will unlock the major door in the main hallway to the reactor room. Go to the door and dodge the zombies and walk on the thin walkway. Navigate the path until you are discoursed. Move to the door on the right and ride the elevator to the bloody room. Use the first aid box and talk with the woman. Once done, walk up the stairs and all the way out.
d: Docks - In this short stage, it is most likely you may die. Exit the cabin and get outside. There is a forest with 3 zombie dogs. These are more powerful than zombies and very fast and hard to dodge. Travel to the very top of the map either by the left or right side of the water. Follow the trail to the top and then head to the Dock Office. Dodge the zombie inside and get the shotgun from the case. Kill the zombie if you have to and kill the dog outside, then enter the small slit in the boat.
e: Boat - After the cut scene be sure not to touch the new zombies. They can't be killed. Head to the top deck and finish off the zombies and enter the door on the far right of the boat. Kill the zombies inside and talk with the man. Once you have the keys and head back down and avoid the two zombies. Go into the door to the left, then middle, then right destroying all the test tubes inside. Once done, go back and talk to the man. You are now ready to go into the captin's quarters. Head up the stairs and check out the creature on top.
f: River - Once in the water, swim right, then up through the first opening. Move left than up the the wooden entreance. Walk along the path killing all the zombies with the shotgun. Head up the latter and left. Kill the zombie and procede. Now that you have come along the crashed boat enter through the stair case. Head to the deck through the captins office and kill the zombies. The door to the lower deck is locked to go back into the door on the left. Walk right and jump down the hole. Now leave the ship the way you came in. Kill the zombie and go down the trail. Follow the trail until you are transported to the...
g: Tunnel - Don't worry about any enemies in this area. Navigate through the rocks to the latter. Go down the rock trail and move the boulder out of your way. Enter the small room and go inside the tent. Read the journal to get an idea what you need to do. Exit through the only passage that is open. Go past all the rocks and to the left then right to the latter top. Climb down the latter and walk across the small bridge. But before you leave, climb on the vines to the other brigde ant take the key from the skeleington. THen exit to the left. Walk through the mine shaft and unlock the door at the end. Go to the miners camp and to the left. Walk down the middle mine cart track. Once you see the cart, get in it and go all the way down the long track. Once you get out, climb the vines and hit the plunger at the right. Now go through the middle of the new entrance and to the end of the passage.
h: Swamp - This is a very enemy thick place, so use your shotgun at all times. Navigate the path all the way to the very end killing all the zombies and zombie dogs along the way. Now head down to the cabin killing the two zombies. At the door you will need to use your shotgun to move further. Now that you have lost the shotgun you must really avoid the zombies as much as possible. In the cabin, move the tapestry in the back to reveal a passage. Go down to the basement and avoid the zombie but use the first aid kit. Go to the passage under the swamp into the hall. Go to the stairs and back up to the small island. Get in the boat and move either up or down. Now you must navigate the lake to the top and get out of the boat on the dock. Now quickly move past the zombie into the trail area. Follow the trail yet be sure to avoid as many enemies as possible. Now you should reach the...
i: Mansion - Enter the two doors. This is the MAIN HALL. Go to the door on the first floor. The right wing is unable to get to. You should be in a small hall with two zombies. Avoid them and enter the first space. Once inside the room go to the back and right and talk to Con. Use the first aid if needed and leave with the key. Dodge the zombies and go back to the Main Hall. Go down the left wing into the dinning room. Go to the far door on the wall. Either kill the zombies if you are able to or not. In the first door there is a first aid kit that you may need later. Head up the hall into the door in the small hallway. Inside this room you may try to kill the zombies and go into the back to get the key. Inside the box there is a book that will tell you more about zombies and the Tyrant. Once you have the key head back to the Main Hall. Once there, walk up the stairs and to the left. Unlock the door and enter. Dodge the zombies and walk down the right into the hall and get the ruby. Go back to the dining room then the hall. Go the very back of the hall where there is a brick wall with an iron door. Insert the ruby into the door and exit to the grave yard.
In the grave yard there is a headstone with and hole under it. Move the headstone and jump down the hole. Walk to the stairs and investigate the large tomb. Take the key and grab the rope. Leave as quickly as possible and head back to the grave yard. Walk to the right of the grave yard and go to the trail. Now you should be in a small wooded area with a cabin. Kill the zombie and enter the cabin. Take the jewel from the statue and use the first aid kit. Exit all the way back to the main hall. Go up the stairs and to the right. Avoid the zombies and enter the door. Now you should be in a circular room with a square in the middle. Walk to the top of the square, and enter the double doors. Try playing the piano. Now look at the pictures. On the box, insert the order of the paintings. Play the new music to unlock the doors.
j: Secret Lab - It is important to get to the records room as quickly as possible. Go down the stairs and into the room. Head to the left open door. Quickly move to the computer monitor and unlock the doors. Run to the bottom door on the left wall. Get the Flamethrower from the box. This will kill the zombies in one shot. Head back to the room and enter the door on the right wall. Go to the last room and get the key. Kill the zombie and exit to the main room. Go to the yellow door and right and up. Take the key. Exit to the main room. Go into the upper door on the left wall. Kill the zombies and take the final key. Exit and go back to the yellow door room. Don't let the Tyrant touch you. Unlock the door on the north wall. In the small room, use the first aid kit and use the computer. Activate the computer and exit to the open door. In the elevator use the computer and fight the final boss. Once done, exit to the hallway. Finish off the zombies and enter the door. Exit the cabin and walk down the trail and to the road.

5. Mini Game:
From completing the main game you should have a idea of how the game works so I won't be giving any guide for the mini game.

6. Secrets:
~In the cabins, you can click on the food on the tables.
~In the lab, in the first room in the left wing, There is a single computer moniter running. Click on it for a special video.
~To get in the Hotel, you must first activate the door. When you start off in the tunnel move: down,right,down,right,down,right,right,down,right,down,down,down,left,down,down,down,left(x6),up,up,left,left,up(x4),left,up,left,left,up,up,left,up. Then Press enter. This will unlock the hotel. SAVE YOUR GAME BEFORE YOU GO IN THE HOTEL.
