Norejaie is located in the Lion Springs Tavern at (K-6)
She wants you to exterminate an ecological threat and bring her evidence of the feat.
Also potentially referred to in game as the V.E.R.M.I.N. quest. It involves traveling to La Theine Plateau and heading into Ordelles Caves. There Rojaireaut will "smear a scent on you" [cast a Level Down effect on you] to "draw the beast out" and then you're off to explore the caves and hope whatever jumps out at you.
You have to go to the bottom of Ordelles to find a stalagtite with a ??? tag. When you click on it a beast spawns. Due to the level cap it took two full parties to take down the beast. He hit for around 100 on level 20 warriors. After beating the beast, re-examine the ??? and receive a key item. Go back to the inn in South San d'Oria and you get 5000 gil and a note, which when used grants you a random amount of exp from 500 to 1000.
